Welcoming realtors to our Sandusky Realtor Event
One of the most enjoyable things about being a member of the Wayne Homes team is the opportunity to make some fulfilling connections with professionals across the industry. Handing over that key and watching someone walk into their dream home for the first time is amazing, but so is helping a customer along the complex process to get to that point, and building important relationships with others in the industry to make that happen.
To support our industry and improve our relationships with professionals in that industry — specifically realtors — we like to host in-person events often, because there’s no substitute for a one-on-one conversation! We’re hosting one such event later this month, at our Sandusky Model Home Center, on Thursday, March 23.
We’re welcoming realtors in our area to join us 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. for an exclusive realtor luncheon in our newly named Providence II model. This three-bed, two-bath ranch is a beautiful example of what’s possible with Wayne, and we’d love to show our realtor partners more about how it could be a great solution for their clients.
Attendees will see the new exterior in harvest wheat shake siding and dry-stack stone, giving it an Atlantic coast cottage look. You’ll see a beautiful kitchen, with subway tile backsplash, maple antique paint cabinets, quartz countertops, farmhouse-style skirt sink and big island. You’ll see an updated mud/laundry room, a redesigned master suite and a new fireplace in the great room. Where we demonstrate a choice of skylights – a fixed skylight or a vented solar skylight.
We’re hosting this event as both an opportunity to network, to interact with peers, and to learn about our Realtor Rewards Program – which allows realtors to earn more money sooner and find new clients easier.
