Warranty Program

When it comes to the warranty on your new home, Wayne Homes offers more than almost any other builder. With our industry-leading 2-Year Fit & Finish warranty (double that of the industry standard), Wayne Homes extends the normal one year coverage to two years - at no extra cost! This is in addition to our 10-year structural warranty. That's how confident we are in standing behind our pledge of top quality construction, workmanship and materials.

When you buy a new Wayne home, we'll tell you how much — or perhaps we should say, how little — energy you'll use to heat and cool your home. If over the next two years you end up using more than that amount, we'll reimburse you for the difference.
