Jenny
New Home Consultant at Ashland
Jenny is no stranger to homebuilding. She grew up in the construction business. Her father, a general contractor, put her to work doing everything from design and bookkeeping to hanging siding and swinging a hammer alongside himself. As valuable as that experience is, it’s Jenny’s attitude that makes her such a good fit. “With Wayne Homes I have met such an absolutely great group of people,” she explains, “who honestly love their job and the company they represent.” Jenny lives on the family horse farm in Shreve, OH, with her two boys and she loves the country life that comes with it. And she’s even picked her favorite Wayne Home design, The Nantucket, with its dormers and rocking-chair friendly wraparound front porch. Because, she says, she’s a “Cape Cod kind of girl.”
Beth
New Home Consultant at Ashland
If you know what you want, go get it. It’s a notion that drives most successful people. And it’s an apt description of Beth, who is always looking for exciting, new experiences. Like the trip to Shanghai China she took with her father. Beth started in real estate over six years ago during grad school, and she especially enjoyed her stint helping her clients through the new-home construction process. For six months, she actively looked for an opportunity to work at Wayne Homes. Then she finally got her shot. “It feels like one big family here at Wayne and I absolutely love the positive atmosphere,” she says. “I don’t believe there is one person here that isn’t truly proud to work for this company.” Beth, a passionate runner and water skier, lives in Norton, her hometown, with her Teacup Chihuahua named Bentley. Her favorite Wayne home is the Alexandria, because it’s so spacious and open for a single-floor design. And we love Beth’s infectious enthusiasm.
April

April’s real estate career began at an early age. While other 19-year-olds were flipping burgers, April became an apartment leasing consultant. And, soon, an occupancy specialist and fill-in property manager. But her “true passion,” she says, “has always been home sales … building relationships and providing an enjoyable experience that will never be forgotten.” April is picky when it comes to how she delivers customer service, and the high standard she holds herself to is something she sees in Wayne. “Wayne Homes is the best builder for quality, value and service in the industry,” she says when asked what she wants her customers to know about her employer. “They really care about the needs of the customer and making sure those needs are met.” At home this Medina, OH, native enjoys just hanging with the family — husband, three kids, three dogs and cat — playing flag football, boxing (yes boxing) and working out. It’s easy to see how her energy and zeal make her such an outstanding New Home Consultant.
