If Kim looks a little familiar, that’s because she was an outstanding New Home Consultant for Wayne Homes a few years ago. Kim left to pursue other endeavors including her master’s degree. Now she’s back (with all the boundless energy we remembered) as the Bowling Green Sales Manager and she/we couldn’t be more excited. Her favorite thing about Wayne is that she gets to work with such “ridiculously hardworking and fun” people. The feeling is mutual.  Because Kim makes building a great home a great experience and with her in charge, it can even be fun. Such as when she reworked a floorplan to include a two-story great room with a rear wall of windows for one of her clients. “We strive to be the best at what we do.” A sentiment Kim lives every day.
