Lisa
New Home Consultant at Delaware
Mexican food, traveling and live music are Lisa’s passions. She goes to as many live shows as her schedule allows. But her favorite form of entertainment is spending time with her 10-year-old son, Lincoln, and attending his sporting events. As a New Home Consultant, Lisa has a unique perspective. Because not only is she part of the Wayne Homes family, her family lives in a Wayne Home. You might say she’s not only a New Home Consultant, she’s also a happy customer.
Denise
New Home Consultant at Delaware
Denise had plenty of experience in real estate but she wanted a new challenge. Wayne Homes’ brand of on-your-lot homebuilding was just the ticket. Instead of merely selling what’s available, she now can give her clients exactly the home they want … right where they want it. And she especially loves working with a team of professionals who value a “customer-first” approach. At home, Denise is a dedicated soccer mom, hockey mom, baseball mom and grand-mom to her two growing sons and oldest daughter’s toddler.
Jack
New Home Consultant at Delaware
In his spare time, Jack loves to golf, fish and watch football. He also loves Italian food and says the best is made along the Ohio River between Pittsburgh and Steubenville. (We assume he means the best Italian food not made in Italy.) With his wife of 46 years, Esther, he shares a spoiled-rotten three-year-old Maltese (one of those dust-mop dogs) named Frosty. Oh yes, and three daughters with eight grandkids ranging in age from 6 to 26. No wonder he’s so good at mixing and matching options for his Wayne Homes clients. Like the time he put a Princeton utility room in a Montgomery floorplan and tossed in a three-car garage for good measure. After dealing with children and grandkids and an uppity Maltese, Jack has clearly developed a high degree of flexibility.
