Tonya is a home person. We’re not saying that she needs to get out more. We just mean she’s a person who has a natural affinity for all things home. When Tonya isn’t taking care of her two children, Tiffany and Ryan, she loves gardening and interior decorating. And she loves using these skills on behalf of her clients, creating homes that are beautiful and livable. For example, Tonya is a big fan of cathedral ceilings. She likes how they add a greater sense of light and space. Which is why she likes adding them as a custom feature to the homes that she sells (especially on her favorite floorplan, the Alexandria). When you’re building a new home, it’s good to work with someone like Tonya … someone who has a real passion for home.

Sandee

Interestingly, Sandee was the 10th grade physics lab partner of 30 Rock’s Tina Fey in Darby Ohio. Like Fey, Sandee went on to do creative things, studying painting and printmaking in college, even earning an Individual Artist Award from the State of Ohio in 2000 and she has been featured in art shows around the country, including the Columbus Museum of Art. This wife and mom uses her boundless energy and passion for creativity by helping her Wayne Homes clients build beautiful homes that suit their every need. She’s particularly good at recommending colors and adding artful touches. Go figure.
