Tory Powell’s a passionate person. When she isn’t riding her horse, Zumba, or hanging out with her two cats, Tory is going above and beyond for clients. She says Wayne Homes’ commitment to customer care is what she loves most about the company. Case in point: a couple had been working with an architect and had a clear idea of what they wanted their home to look like but, due to an illness in the family, no longer had the resources to build it. They brought their plans into Wayne Homes and found that the Winchester was strikingly similar to the home they envisioned. Tory worked with them closely and put in many hours adding custom finishes. Now, everyone in the family is healthy and, thanks to Tory, quite at home.
Mike

Mike loves every aspect of the building process. He’s been around it all his life. He especially loves meeting people and helping them build great homes, a job he doesn’t take lightly. “We aren’t making cupcakes here,” he says. “Building a home for someone often requires going above and beyond to get the job done right. We do it every day… it’s part of our culture here.” Recently Mike completely redesigned a basement stairway in a ranch home for one of his clients. Mike is a champion of no-holds-barred customization. He believes in Wayne Homes’ product. He believes in customer service. And, for that, we believe in Mike.
Whitney

You could say Whitney is light on her feet. This mother of two grown kids and Fluffy the cat is into ballroom dancing. She’s pretty graceful on the job, too. Such as when she helped add two sunrooms to a Savannah, making it look like a “mansion on a hill” for one of her clients. Or when a client had already picked out a home but spent three years searching for the perfect building site. Whitney made sure Wayne Homes was there every time the client needed a pre-construction lot evaluation. Just another day at the office for Whitney.
