Meet Rich, Our Sandusky Sales Manager

Rich Smothers

Rich is a guy who knows how to keep things running smoothly. His 24-year marriage to wife Denise is proof of that. Rich says Denise makes it easy, but we’re betting that Rich’s sense of humor and love of comedy help a little too. He and Denise have two children: Tabetha, 21, and Zachary, 17. Plus two Labrador retrievers, Butterscotch and Ego, and a Boston Terrier named Buddy. With Rich’s passion for hunting duck, goose and pheasant, it’s no surprise his favorite floor plan is the Winchester. And although he’s one of our newest sales managers, we’re sure he’ll take to helping clients customize their homes like a duck to water.
