Custom home builder Wayne Homes hosted a Grand Opening of its Craftsman-style Charleston Model at their Ashland Model & Design Center last weekend.
Wayne Homes, an Ohio-based custom home builder, hosted a Grand Opening of their new Charleston Model Home last weekend at their Ashland Model & Design Center in Jeromesville, OH. The 2,714 square foot, two-story floorplan features an open-concept kitchen, breakfast room and family room. The design also has a den, second-floor loft and master bedroom with a private bath and walk-in closet. According to Wayne Homes President, George Murphy, this family-oriented floorplan will likely become a customer favorite.
“Our customers were enthusiastic about the features we’ve included in the new Charleston Model. We’re highlighting what is possible when you choose to build with Wayne Homes. Some people may be surprised by how affordable building a custom home can be,” said Murphy.
If the Charleston design isn’t the exact layout customers want for their family, there are more than 40 floorplans at all different price points offered by Wayne Homes and each can be redesigned.
“Our customers want the flexibility to tailor their homes to fit their unique family needs, and we want to help them build whatever works best for them. In the Charleston, it’s simple to convert the loft into another bedroom or the den into a private office. Our team has the expertise to make sure our customers’ dreams become a reality,” says Tracy Gershom, vice president of sales.
Visitors can tour the Charleston Model with Craftsman elevation at 1897 State Route 89, Jeromesville, OH 44840. Wayne Homes Model Centers are open seven days a week. The hours are Monday and Tuesday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., Wednesday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.
The home builder is also planning a Grand Opening for their Covington Craftsman Model at their Bowling Green Model and Design Center at 6489 S. Dixie Hwy., Cygnet, OH 43413. The hours are Saturday, May 2 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, May 3 from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.
“We’re featuring ideas and products in our new models we’ve never shown before. There is a covered patio with a stunning outdoor fireplace at the Charleston and finished basements with custom bars that provide additional living and entertaining space in both the Charleston and the new Covington,” says Maurie Jones, vice president of marketing.
