During the Open House event visitors can tour a Montgomery Craftsman, one of 15 ranch house floor plans offered by the Ohio-based home builder. The home, which is currently under construction, features more than two dozen customizations.

The Open House event will showcase customizations that include Craftsman dormer windows that fill the Great Room area with natural light, an expanded kitchen with breakfast nook and window seat, and an expanded Master Suite with spacious walk-in closet, designer fixtures, and a 48” shower with seat. The home also features a side entrance garage for enhanced curb appeal.
