Customer Top Picks: Model Rooms

Over the years, we’ve constructed numerous model homes to help prospective Wayne Homes families envision what they could create with us. And like any good parents, it’s tough for us–the Wayne team– to pick a favorite. Each has its own style and appeal, character and flavor. We love them all!

That’s why we asked our customers to tell us which rooms in specific model homes really tickled their fancy, and why. That way, you can have a chance to prioritize which rooms and models you want to see! We asked our Facebook followers via a Trivia Tuesday post to give us their top picks and tell us why, so read on to see what they said!

Kellie Saunders: “We fell in love with the loft space in the Charleston (Ashland); we can’t wait to build!”

Amanda Sovesky: “The great room in the Winchester (Portage) model! I love how it opens into the kitchen.”

Ashley Urish: “The children’s bedrooms! They are decorated with style.”

Tamara Ward Kirby: “The great room/kitchen in the Montgomery (Newark)! We are building this home and we relocated the stairs, which makes this space massive!”

Jenna Wilson: “I loved glancing over at the laundry room at the Akron model center while I was looking through some of the choices that were available to us. I think it was the McAllister floorplan. I remember looking over into that laundry room and it helping visualize certain choices. I personally love every sunroom I have seen and sometimes regret not adding one to ours.”
