Featured Raving Fan: Meet the Hinz Family
We’re lucky here at Wayne Homes to have built up a sizeable community over the years, made up of families we’ve worked with in the over 40 years we’ve been building custom homes. Many of those families go on to become what we call Raving Fans: folks who keep in touch, attend our customer appreciation events, and generally just keep in touch with us about how their lives are doing.
Today, we’re excited to profile one such family: Robert and Marcia Hinz, of Ottowa lake, MI. We first came to know the Hinz family in 2012, when they worked with us to build their home, based on a Camden Classic floorplan.
The Camden is a traditional ranch style home, boasting 3 bedrooms and 2 baths across nearly 1,700 square feet. It also offers a two-car garage for ample storage and easy winter car maintenance. The open kitchen flows right into the breakfast room and beyond into the great room, making it ideal for entertaining small or large groups. The generous master suite is situation across the home from the other bedrooms, providing privacy, as well as a big walk-in closet and spacious private bath.
Since building with us in 2012, they’ve made their home into a mini farm, to bring some of their childhood country living days into their lives. From goats to chickens to even horses, they love spending their time outdoors raising and interacting with their animals!
When we asked Robert and Marcia what they liked most about the building process with our Wayne Homes team, they said they loved that the entire process, from start to finish, was virtually worry-free. They even referred both of their grown daughters to Wayne!
