The Stanton is our newest floor plan, and it’s made for living large.
This spacious home is the largest ranch home we offer, coming in at 2,689 square feet. At Wayne Homes, when we create new floor plans, we always take common homeowner customizations into account. We do this in order to create a floor plan that incorporates favorite features, so you can save your money for other customizations you may want to make.

The Stanton floor plan began as an evolution of the Winchester floor plan, turning it into a ranch-style home. While the Winchester has all three of its secondary bedrooms on the upper floor, the Stanton brings all of the bedrooms to the main floor, making one-level living possible without compromising privacy. The Stanton positions its secondary bedrooms directly opposite of the owner suite, creating space for everyone.
A great home for entertaining, the Stanton welcomes big parties with a spacious, open kitchen and great room. The Stanton also doubles up on two features that homeowners love: kitchen islands and walk-in closets. The kitchen has two big islands that are perfect for groups, and two big walk-in closets in the owner suite. So, the Stanton is big on space, big on privacy and big on value.
The Stanton will be available in the Classic, Tradition, Craftsman and Farmhouse elevations.
