Everyone on the Wayne Homes team has an important role to play in the new home building process. Whether they’re the first person you talk to when you give us a call, the talented individual who helps you design your dream kitchen, or the Field Manager who hands you your final keys at the end of the building process, each person’s role is integral in making your dream home a reality.
Today, we’d like to introduce you to several folks who work every day in our Sandusky, Ohio office to make those dreams come true. Keep reading to learn more about this small but dedicated team of professionals, and what makes them passionate about their jobs with Wayne!
Jennifer Neese – Sales Manager
Jennifer calls Huron home, along with her two sons, Joey and Jackson, and their golden retriever Koda. She loves spending time with her kids at Cedar Point, and cheering them on at their various sporting events. Her daily inspiration comes from helping each customer create exactly the home they want to build. “I love the idea of helping people choose a home to build. I love taking a floorplan and putting a personal spin on it, like a wall of windows, a custom master suite, high ceilings, crown molding, a rail and spindles leading to an open second floor…” she said. “We are a company that truly values our customer’s needs and opinions, and we work so very hard to create an outstanding experience!” In her six years with Wayne, Jennifer has brought an immense value to our customers, and was recently named Sales Manager of the Year!
Melanie Ritz – New Home Consultant
Melanie was talking with her husband about building their first home and in her research, happened to find Wayne — and the perfect job for her! “Wayne Homes builds quality dream homes for their customers and that’s something that I am proud to embrace as my career.” Melanie lives with her high school sweetheart, Craig, as well as their two active daughters Malia and Maci and an equally active German shepherd fittingly named Rambo. When she’s not at the office, where she’s worked for 2.5 years, she loves spending time outside with her family, and has recently moved into her very own custom designed Montgomery!
Julie Hofacker – New Home Consultant
Julie is the newest member of our team, having joined in June, but brought with her 20+ years of sales experience and has tackled flipping and redesigning homes in her own neighborhood. She loves all things “home” and brings a bright, sunny personality to our office. “I am looking forward to sharing my passion and excitement with my customers during the journey of building their custom dream home,” she said. Julie and her wife live in Huron and are empty nesters, with the exception of their tabby cat, Harlee Q. In her spare time, she enjoys relaxing and spending time with her two grown boys, family, or friends, and is a frequent movie-goer.
