New Farmhouse Elevations Are Here!
Farmhouse style is huge right now, and we’re on board! That’s why we are adding to our Farmhouse elevations collection. Now, we will have more of our most popular floor plans available in the Farmhouse elevation.
The new Farmhouse elevations include: The Chelsea, Cumberland and Providence II.
All three new elevations come with vertical board and batten siding on the front of the home, and we have 26 colors to choose from–not just white! The farmhouse elevations feature distinctive black Pella windows with farmhouse grids. Each floor plan also has a large concrete porch with composite woodgrain wrapped columns and composite woodgrain brackets, a stone foundation wrap and our farmhouse style front door with matching sidelites. Farmhouse exterior lights add just the right finishing touch to the elevations, welcoming you home.
Each of our new Farmhouse elevations has specific features unique to each floor plan. Check out these unique features and decide for yourself which is your favorite:
Cumberland:
- 6’ tall windows on the first floor
- Gable at garage has a custom composite wood grain gable bracket
- Shed roof above the twin window on the second floor
Chelsea:
- 6’ tall windows on the first floor
- Both gables feature custom composite wood grain gable brackets
- Garage door is a Somerset styled panel with Stockbridge windows and features decorative hardware
Providence II:
- 6’ tall windows on front elevation
- Gable at garage features a custom composite wood grain gable bracket
- Garage door is a Springfield styled panel with Stockbridge windows and features decorative hardware
- There is a shed roof over the garage door
