Why did you choose Wayne Homes as your builder?

The Sandusky location is close to us, and we liked the floor plans.

Which Wayne Homes floor plan did you choose?

The Providence customized with the Gettysburg kitchen.

What’s your favorite custom feature?

We customized our home to have higher ceilings and to be handicap accessible, should we ever need it. We like the extended garage size, which made us able to extend the laundry room.

How do you and your family spend time in and around your home?

Mostly in the sunroom – or basement.

What was the best part of your Wayne home building experience?

Watching it all come together after all the planning.

What would you tell your friends about Wayne Homes?

They were quick, efficient and put out a nice product.

How many kids in your family and what are their ages?

We have three grown sons.

Do you or anyone in your family have any special talents or hobbies?

We enjoy gardening and riding motorcycles.
