Recapping a busy few months at Wayne
With the spring and summer building season truly in full swing, things are really moving here at Wayne. In addition to helping future homeowners craft and build their dream home, our team has been hard at work hosting a whole slew of events designed to help families learn more about the home building process. That could mean finding out more about home financing, day dreaming about design options, exploring new models to spark inspiration, and much more.
Our Delaware team hosted a fantastic grand reopening event earlier this month, on June 10 and 11, and more than 50 families came in to take a look at the new and improved Alexandria model home. They took a look at the brand new kitchen with quartz countertops, a farmhouse sink, maple cabinets and a tile backsplash. Lots of families loved the floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace feature, and parents especially loved the revamped master suite, with a double vanity and spa shower!
That same weekend, we hosted a finance seminar with Wayne Home Sales Manager Scott Warner, Bob Crum of Home Savings, and Scott Schnabel, a realtor at Keller Williams, at our Portage location. Scott and Bob brought with them deep and extensive knowledge based on their experience in the industry, and answered questions about the loan process, selling a home, buying land, and lots more.
A similar event went down in our Pittsburgh office on June 24, with families learning more about the home loan process, and getting deeper insight into discovering how much home they can afford. As always, attendees enjoyed tasty (and complimentary, of course) snacks and drinks. No one ever leaves our events hungry!
Lastly, we rounded out the month with Realtor Luncheons at our Newark and Belmont locations. These are an opportunity for local realtors to mix some business with some pleasure, enjoying lunch and drinks as we explain and answer questions about our extremely popular Realtor Rewards Program, which incentivizes realtors to sell Wayne Homes homes with best-in-the-business rewards and bonuses.
All in all, we had a super productive few months at Wayne, and are looking forward to even more events and opportunities to meet future homeowners in the coming months!
