The Weyer Family
When the Weyer family decided they were interested in building a custom home, they visited the Bowling Green location and met Sales Manager, Dana Rider. “The difference between Wayne and the others was evident. As soon as we walked in we were greeted, listened to and made to feel comfortable.” The Weyers went home, contacted their insurance company, and waited to get the green light to move forward with building. When they returned to walk through the models, Dana once again met with them. “We were greeted by Dana Rider, who remembered us, and while we walked through the models she was busy pulling floor plans that represented what we wanted and not what they thought we should get.”

Dana took the time to capture everything the Weyer family was looking for. “When we decided on the Cedar Hill floor plan, Dana sat down with us and had a rough mock-up of the floor plan exactly as we had described. We loved the fact we could take a floor plan and customize it to fit what we wanted!” It’s that personal touch that makes the service we provide so different from others.

I felt so defeated and emailed Dana immediately. She instantly responded, telling me it was okay and we’d figure it out together. She ran a few numbers on our original favorite floor plan that we thought was out of our budget and showed us that we really weren’t too far off from where we wanted to be.”
