Plenty of space for the whole family, made even bigger with an in-law suite

Featured in the Craftsman elevation, this home shows Cypress Creek siding. A 16’ x 42’ third garage bay has been added and includes a door leading into the in-law suite. 6’ has also been added to the front of the main garage bay, providing plenty of extra space for storage. The front porch has been extended by 2’ and a beautifully stained woodgrain front door with matching sidelites greets guests at the front entrance.

Inside the main home, cathedral ceilings highlight the great room and kitchen while 9’ ceilings with knockdown stomped ceiling texture are throughout the rest of the home. The dining room wall has been removed, opening the space to the rest of the living area. 6’ windows throughout will allow even more natural light into the home and all windows have been jamb and cased. 5¼” painted base trim and 3¼” door casings also add beautiful craftsman touches throughout the home. A direct vent fireplace with a ceiling-high stone face and barn beam mantel will create a cozy atmosphere in the great room.

The kitchen has been redesigned to model the Newark Montgomery kitchen and a large walk-in pantry has been added. The kitchen features Aristokraft Landen maple white painted cabinets with granite countertops and a 9” deep undermount stainless steel sink. The master suite has been redesigned to enter the master walk-in closet from the master bath and now includes a 72” x 48” custom tile shower in the bath. The 638 square feet in-law suite includes a living room, kitchen, bedroom, full bath, and a laundry closet. Guests can enter the in-law suite at the entrance on the side of the home.
