Our Belmont Covington model home is getting refreshed — and we want you to see the work in progress! On Sunday, May 7 we’re inviting a few friends and clients to tour this popular floor plan. New features you’ll see:

• On trend, updated fixtures and finishes throughout
• Previous dining room is now a home office/flex room with (2) sliding barn doors on the foyer shared wall to enclose the space
• Board and batten wainscoting trim detail in the home office
• 36” gas fireplace with a light and bright Polar Edge Cut stone face, barn beam mantel, and vertical shiplap to the 2-story ceiling above
• Shiplap wainscoting throughout the great room
• Custom trim work throughout the home, including accent walls in the owner bedroom and bonus room
• Contrasting kitchen cabinets – colada paint at the perimeter and burlap stain at the island
• Updated burlap stained Benton style cabinetry in the laundry room
• Refreshed paint throughout the home
