Wayne Homes is excited to participate in the BIA of Central Ohio Tour of Homes. Stop by our Delaware Model Center to tour our Cedar Hill Homestead and Alexandria Legacy models. The BIA Spring Tour will take place from 11am to 5pm: Saturday and Sunday, April 27 and 28 Saturday and Sunday, May 4 and 5

The more properties you visit, the more chances you have to win! For each location visited you will receive one entry to win the Grand Prize of $5,000 in groceries*.
Winner must be 18 years or older and have registered online with a valid name and contact information.
1) Register for your ticket ahead of time for free
2) Attend any property on tour and show your confirmation email to redeem your ticket
3) View as many properties as you want over the entire span of the Spring Tour – remember each property you attend and have your ticket scanned, the more times you are entered into the grand prize drawing.
