We can’t wait to show you the refreshed Montgomery at the Newark Model Center! The entire home has been redesigned with updated paint, cabinetry, countertops, and flooring, as well as modern finishes throughout.

As soon as you walk through the door, you’ll love how bright and airy the model feels. Flanked by the dining room and flex room, the foyer features drywall columns for an open and inviting feel. Heading into the main living area, the cathedral ceiling and rail and spindle at the finished basement stairs accentuate the open space. With a 9′ island and plenty of counter space, the kitchen is ideal for entertaining. The stunning stone fireplace and barn beam mantel create the perfect focal point for those evenings snuggled up watching a movie.
