The Grand Opening event will take place on Saturday, June 29th and Sunday, June 30th at the home builder’s Akron Medina Model Home Center.
“We decided to build a model of the McAllister based on an increased demand from our customers for spacious ranch style floor plans with modern design features including a Great Room, vaulted ceilings, open concept kitchen, and areas for casual and formal entertaining. The size, design, and price of the McAllister have made it a customer favorite,” says Wayne Homes President George Murphy.
The McAllister plan is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath ranch style floor plan that features dual master closets, a breakfast room, a formal dining room, and a Great Room. According to Wayne Homes Vice President of Marketing Maurie Jones, the new model gives families an opportunity to tour the home and reimagine almost any feature.
