What does Wayne’s hiring process look like?

The hiring process at Wayne Homes begins with submitting your application, followed by an initial phone screen. Qualified candidates then complete an assessment and participate in a comprehensive interview, which may be conducted in person. If selected, candidates receive an offer contingent upon the successful completion of a background screening. Upon passing this final step, the hiring process is complete.

Does Wayne Homes offer remote or hybrid positions?

Yes, some employees will be offered a hybrid schedule following the training period. Employees permitted to work from home must provide adequate computer equipment and connectivity at their expense.

What does the training process look like at Wayne Homes?

Training varies by department and position; with most positions have a training document that outlines the training outcomes throughout the training period. We offer dynamic training – self-driven, trainer led sessions, computer-based training at your pace, cross-training, in the field/hands-on training, and more!

What is the dress code at Wayne Homes?

While dress code varies by position, we must always project a professional image. Sales positions are business casual, no jeans. Employees working in the field must wear hard soled shoes, hard hats on-site, Wayne Homes branded shirts and jeans are acceptable. Positions working at the corporate office are permitted to wear jeans without tears.

When is payday?

We pay semi-monthly; 24 times a year.
