Diamond of Distinction Award goes to Wayne Homes Sales Manager

Uniontown, OH – North Coast Building Industry Association of Ohio awarded the North Coast BIA’s highest presidential honor to their most outstanding volunteers.
The Presidential Diamond of Distinction Awards are presented to North Coast BIA members for their extraordinary level of distinguished service to the association and to the industry. One of this year’s recipient was Tom Sear of Wayne Homes.
“There is no doubt that Mr. Sear’s achievements, dedication and passion for the industry will be spoken of for some time to come. The admiration of their accomplishments is felt by all the members of the North Coast BIA and the building industry,” said NCBIA 2010 President, Jack Kousma.
The North Coast BIA is a not-for-profit trade association representing members involved in home building, remodeling, multifamily construction, subcontracting, design, finance, building product manufacturing and other aspects of residential and light commercial construction. They serve Eric, Huron and Lorain counties.
