Fast-moving sales manger moves to Wayne Homes in Bowling Green.
June 23, 2010
This is what is known as “going places.” After just a few months at Wayne Homes, Tom Sear has been named the new Sales Manger for the company’s Bowling Green office.
Sear first joined Wayne Homes as Sales Manager for the Sandusky office in late 2009. Within a few months, he had helped his Sandusky team achieve ambitious goals for sales and customer satisfaction and had opened up new relationships with local real estate developers and brokers.
Of course, it’s not like he was new to the business. He came to Wayne Homes with a strong resume. In fact, he brought 15 years’ experience in the homebuilding industry, as well as extensive involvement with professional organizations such as the North Coast Building Industry Association.“I’ve always had a very customer-oriented approach to homebuilding,” Sear says. “But being at Wayne Homes has allowed me to take that even further.”
June 14 was Sear’s first day at the Wayne Homes model center in Bowling Green. But he’s still in the process of relocating his family — including wife Jonelle, sons Tommy, Ethan and Elliot, as well as a dog, cat, two turtles and two frogs — to the Toledo area.
“Yes, I’m pretty busy at home and at work,” Sears says. “But that’s the way I like it.”
