Erin worked as a New Home Consultant at Wayne Homes’ Newark office from 2006 to 2009, then decided to pursue sales in a different industry. After four years of being away…well, she missed Wayne Homes! A lot has happened for Erin since you saw her last, she and her husband, Brandon, welcomed their daughter, Sophie, and she travelled to Istanbul, Turkey. But some things never change; Erin is as customer focused and energetic as ever! She is excited to be leading the Newark team and building dream homes for our customers every day.

You might call Vicci a real estate veteran. She started as an assistant years ago, where she caught the bug for helping people find their dream home. Eventually she found herself in charge of a team of Realtors. Selling homes on an island in the Carolinas, listing and selling a pier (yes an actual pier), closing on a home the night before a hurricane and learning everything she could along the way. And boy has she. Her passion for homes is infectious. And as a Wayne New Home Consultant, guiding her customers through the process of new home ownership is something she truly loves. She especially appreciates Wayne’s approach. “With so much focused on the bottom line it’s nice to find a company that realizes that customer satisfaction IS the bottom line,” she says. “The actual value they receive for their hard-earned dollars is unbeatable.” The only thing Vicci is more committed to than her career is her family. Including her husband of 35 years, her son, daughter-in-law and four beautiful grandkids. “We’re one of the closest-knit bunches you will ever find.”

Interestingly, Sandee was the 10th grade physics lab partner of 30 Rock’s Tina Fey in Darby Ohio. Like Fey, Sandee went on to do creative things, studying painting and printmaking in college, even earning an Individual Artist Award from the State of Ohio in 2000 and she has been featured in art shows around the country, including the Columbus Museum of Art. This wife and mom uses her boundless energy and passion for creativity by helping her Wayne Homes clients build beautiful homes that suit their every need. She’s particularly good at recommending colors and adding artful touches. Go figure.

Tonya is a home person. We’re not saying that she needs to get out more. We just mean she’s a person who has a natural affinity for all things home. Tonya loves gardening, interior decorating and spending time with her three grandkids. And she loves creating homes that are beautiful and livable. For example, Tonya is a big fan of cathedral ceilings. She likes how they add a greater sense of light and space. Which is why she likes adding them as a custom feature to the homes that she sells – especially on her favorite floorplan, the Alexandria. When you’re building a new home, it’s good to work with someone like Tonya … someone who has a real passion for home.
