Cindy New Home Consultant
Cindy Latham
Over the years, we’ve discovered that the folks who become great New Home Consultants share certain attributes. A deep care for people and an ability to understand their needs. An artistic streak or a hobby that gives them a creative outlet. And also a sort of courageous individuality that some might describe as “dancing to the beat of your own drum.” Well, that’s Cindy. After a decade in the fitness world and a short stint in property management, she pursued a career in homebuilding because she wanted, as she says, “to help families make their dreams of homeownership come true.” When she’s not fulfilling other people’s dreams, she enjoys hitting the galleries in Columbus’s Short North Arts District. Or just hanging out with Cosmo the corgi and Leo the bernedoodle and Joel the sweetheart. And what’s her favorite thing to pair with wine? Horror movies. Dance on, Cindy, dance on.
Lindsey New Home Consultant
Lindsey Peoples
Back a long time ago, you could generally tell what a person did for a living by looking at their name. If your name was Smith, you were most likely a blacksmith. If you were a Miller, you probably worked at the mill. Well, every once in a while, by pure chance and fate, that happens in the modern world, too. Take Ms. Lindsey Peoples, for example. You’d be hard-pressed to find a more people-oriented people person than Lindsey. What gets her up in the morning? Helping people build a home that is exactly right for them. As she told us, “It’s like a rush when I choose the right floor plan based on what someone is describing to me, and they say, ‘Yes! That’s exactly what I had in mind.’” Naturally we look for employees who are gratified by serving customers or, even better, really excited to serve customers. But getting a rush out of serving customers? That’s exceptional. And exceptional is exactly what Lindsey is.
Amanda Sales Manager
Amanda Lawrence
Amanda joined Wayne Homes with over 10 years of sales experience in the food and restaurant industry, as well as experience in new home construction. Her positive, go-getter attitude fits perfectly with our team here in Newark! Amanda lived all over the world growing up, including Iceland, Kenya, and Czechoslovakia, and is happy to now call Ohio her home. When she isn’t leading our Newark team, Amanda and her husband, Luke, spend time with their two very active girls, Kailyn and Maren, boating, and doing anything outdoors. She and her husband also proclaim to be avid foodies and enjoy trying new restaurants and craft beers.
Sue New Home Consultant
Sue Crow
Sue’s fun-loving approach to life helps her add enthusiasm to her customers’ homebuilding experience every day. “I enjoy meeting new people and seeing how excited they are about starting a new chapter in their life,” Sue said. But it is just as important to consider the chapter after that too. Sue prides herself on helping her customers plan for a home that will fit them and their changing needs for many years to come. But Sue isn’t just enjoyable to work with, she’s compassionate. Sue is a dedicated volunteer and advocate for the Alzheimer’s Association and an animal lover. Sue has four dogs and two cats – and if she had a fenced in yard there would probably be more! It’s not the least bit crowded for Sue who grew up with six older sisters and spends her free time with them, her nieces and nephews, and her great nieces and nephews.
