A good manager is someone who not only knows how to juggle but can make it look effortless. That’s Lisa. At home, she’s taking care of offspring Lanie, 16, Tate, 11, and Bennett, 10 … plus two cats and a couple of fire-bellied toads. And when she’s wearing her Sales Manager hat at Wayne Homes, she’s known for going above and beyond for customers. Like the time she redesigned the entire kitchen in a Montgomery floorplan to look like the kitchen in the Alexandria, with its island prep sink and pendant lighting. It was pretty spectacular. Then again, Lisa is pretty spectacular every day.

Jennifer lives in Huron with a house full of boys – a husband and two young ones. “When I’m not cleaning, cooking or playing, I love to curl up with a good book or go walking,” Jennifer says. The Neeses live on the lake and they wouldn’t live anywhere else. At the office, Jennifer finds daily inspiration as a New Home Consultant. “I love the idea of helping people choose a home to build,” she says. “These homes are backed by an entire company of people who love what they do and look forward to it every day. It’s rare to find people who truly love their work.” Which is why we’re grateful to have Jennifer on our team.

Ask Andrea what the favorite part of her job is and she’ll say “all of it.” As a New Home Consultant Andrea brings a unique perspective to the table because she was first introduced to Wayne Homes from the other side of that table. In fact, while Andrea was training with Wayne she and her husband Chad were simultaneously building a home with Wayne in her hometown of Norwalk, OH. So she knows first-hand what her clients are experiencing, as well as how to make sure her clients get everything they need. “I love that with Wayne Homes you can change anything to make your dream home a reality,” she says. “And we back up what we build with top-of-the-line warrantees you don’t get from other builders.” When Andrea isn’t taking care of her customers she’s taking care her son or cooking for her friends and large extended family. She loves entertaining, reading, golfing and do-it-herself projects. Oh, and she has a husky-beagle mix named Rootbeer … but she won’t tell us how he got his name.
