Many of our customers ask "What's your incentive program?" The short answer — you tell us.
We've found over the years that we can do something better than offering incentives, since a set of cookware or a new TV doesn't satisfy everyone. That's why we've developed our Personal Value List. It's our way of learning exactly what you want, need, and can't live without when it comes to your new home. We'd rather give you more of what you really want in a home (versus a set of cookware or a TV). Then we simply work to give you as much of that list as possible for a great price.
So, until you come in and complete your Personal Value List, we can't tell you what your "extra" will be. Visit our design center. Tour our models. Let's create your Personal Value List.
