This is our first ever Montgomery model, which happens to be our most popular home design. Now, you can discover why it’s so popular first hand. This particular model features the Craftsman elevation, which is a perfect fit for this traditional, yet modern home.
The extra large rear porch and finished basement (featuring an OSU man cave) offer homeowners additional space to grow and enjoy company. No more struggling to figure out where to put that game room, play space, music area or extra office!
The looks and feel of the home is elegant and spacious, with 9’ ceilings on the first floor to lend extra breathing room. A nearly 7’ fireplace with a ceiling-high stone face and white pine beam mantle acts as a stunning centerpiece for the main living area, bringing the entire space together with ease. It’s all about the finishing touches when it comes to giving your home character, so we supply that in spades with beautiful crown molding in the dining and living rooms.
