Introducing the new Auburn floorplan

Rolling out a new floorplan feels a bit like a mini-Christmas around here! It’s exciting to be able to share these plans with you, a prospective customer, because it’s just one more way for you to imagine yourself in your dream home. Plus, it’s fun for our own Wayne Homes employees to imagine and then create these brand new plans.

Speaking of dream home, that’s a good way to describe our newest floorplan, called the Auburn. It’s part of our Lifestyle Collection, and at more than 2,000 square feet, this two-story, three-bedroom, two and a half bathroom home is perfect for families looking for a bit of everything!

Open concept

We hear it all the time: families love the flexibility and airiness of an open concept living space. Well, the Auburn floorplan delivers that in spades, with a generous kitchen that flows into the dining and living areas on the main floor. Prepare your meals without having to separate yourself from your guests, and create more opportunities for family time too.

Grand entry

Do you like a home that makes a statement as soon as you walk in? With the Auburn, the spacious foyer does just that, but we wanted to go even further, so we added a loft space that overlooks the great room and foyer, lending an even more spacious and grand feel from the moment you walk in, a feeling that extends as you make your way to the great room. That great second story loft space is also ideal for any variety of purposes, from a playspace to an extra den to a more formal seating area.

Ample storage

Always feeling like your things (and your kids’ things, and your spouse’s things…) never have their own space? Well, with the Auburn, each bright and spacious bedroom has its own walk-in closet, which means less time spent worrying about where to store everyone’s knick knacks. The generous garage also creates even more space for storing whatever you need.

The master bedroom in the Auburn floorplan is the biggest room in the home, making it the perfect luxury retreat for a busy couple.
