Model Center Highlight: Ashland
Our model centers offer prospective homebuilders to take a look at what might be possible in their future home; speak with a Wayne Homes team member about any questions they may have (no matter where they are in their dream home process!); and experience a no-pressure, comfortable environment in which to learn about what the future could hold for them.
We have several model centers, but today, we’d like to draw some attention to our Ashland Model Center, located in Jeromesville, Ohio. Not only can you take a look at some images of the center on our website, you can also see some extremely cool drone footage for a better view!
At this center, you can see plans for our extremely popular Alexandria floorplan, a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath ranch style home featuring a 2-car garage and enough space virtually any family could need! You can also take a look at plans for our similarly popular Charleston floorplan, another 4-bed, 2.5 bath with a 2-car garage. The Charleston provides nearly 3,000 square feet in two stories, and features an open loft and ample kitchen space.
Stop by the Ashland Model Center and you’ll meet our team; Josh, our sales manager, as well as James, Cathryn, Kyle and Laura. Josh’s main focus, you’ll find, is making sure you get all your needs met in your future home. James brings 16 years of experience to the Ashland team, while Cathryn will work with you to turn one of our beautiful floorplans into a customized space for you and your family.
Kyle, like Josh, knows that focusing on the customer’s needs is the best approach, and he does that well thanks to his extremely fun, friendly, and outgoing personality. Last but not least, say hello to Laura, an exceptionally creative soul who, when she’s not helping customer create their perfect homes, is creating beautiful works of art in her own home!
One of the great things about this center is the availability: you can come by any day of the week, or make an appointment for a time that works best for you. Ashland is open Monday and Tuesday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Wednesday to Friday from 10 am.
