One of the wonderful ways Wayne Homes makes a custom home affordable is by offering a lineup of great Included Features.
Our Included Features are a great range of finishes that raise the bar for what’s considered “standard” builder grade finishes and are included in your home’s base pricing.
We are continually working to keep our Included Finishes up to date with the latest styles and options. With that being said, we are proud to unveil our newest lineup of Included Features. You’re going to love these changes!
Wayne Homes New Included Features:
Kitchen/Lighting
- NEW Kichler light fixture packages are available in nickel, black, or bronze with no extra charge
- Choice of two different light fixture packages – both included
- Aristokraft stained or painted Birch cabinets with 8 stain choices and 4 paint choices
- Aristokraft Ellis Purestyle cabinets with 5 available colors
- NEW Pfister stainless steel single handle high arc pulldown kitchen faucet
These new Included Features will have a huge impact on the look and feel of your home…and even better, your budget! So, how did we come up with these new Included Features? We listened to our wonderful customers! Painted cabinets have been an upgraded option previously, but so many of our customers selected the option, we wanted to make it included at no extra cost. Now, you can choose from painted Aristokraft Birch cabinets or PureStyle laminate/paint cabinets. So, you can have that light, bright, white-painted kitchen or the eye-catching blue island you’ve wanted without breaking the bank.
Bathroom
- NEW Pfister satin nickel bath shower, tub & sink faucets
- NEW Shower doors, if included with the floor plan, will now be satin nickel
- NEW Creative Specialties satin nickel bath accessories
- Choice of two different vanity light styles – both included
The included bathroom finishes were previously all chrome. Now, you can get that modern satin nickel finish without the added cost.
To round out our new bathroom Included Finishes, we have updated bathroom vanities available:
- NEW 35” comfort height Aristokraft stained or painted Birch or PureStyle bath vanities
These vanities match the kitchen cabinet Included Feature options, so you can have a cohesive look throughout your home…or, switch it up!
