Our Open House Season is in Full Swing!
Sweet summertime! The best time of the year, for many, and perfect for lots of things: vacations, staycations, backyard BBQs, outdoor game time, and of course… Open House season!
We might sound a bit overexcited about this particular “season,” but at Wayne Homes, it’s basically the same as Christmas. The time of year and weather is perfect for showing prospective homebuilders the beauty of our model homes, to help them better picture how they might create the home of their dreams.
We have a ton of Open Houses coming up, at many different locations and featuring a slew of homes, and we’d love if you could join us for one, two, or even more of them! The more you attend, the better feeling you’ll get for what you want in your future home.
On July 30, discover the 4-bedroom Camden Tradition, or for our PA crowd, check out the Camden Classic on August 7. This single-level floor plan has lots of customizable options to make it perfect for your growing family.
On August 13, you can discover the Winchester floorplan in the Family elevation in Stow, OH or wait just one day to discover the Charleston in the Craftsman elevation on August 14 in Sarahsville, OH.
Speaking of August 14, it’s a full day on the Wayne Homes open house schedule, with opportunities to see the Chelsea floorplan with a Classic elevation; the Alexandria Craftsman elevation; and the Providence II Craftsman.
Finally, on August 21, we’ll round out this round of open houses with a viewing of the Annapolis Family in Bridgeport, OH and the Jamestown Legacy in Ontario, OH.
