Our online sales team is often our homeowners’ first contact with Wayne Homes. You can chat with one of our Online Sales Consultants through our website, and they can help you schedule an appointment at a model center. You can also ask any questions through our Ask Us form on the website. Our New Home Consultants offer flexibility in scheduling both in-person and virtual appointments. During these appointments, they can get to know you and what is most important to you in your new home, go over all of the info you need to know, and work with you to design your home’s layout.

Jeannette Lengyel says it’s important to know that virtual appointments don’t commit you to anything. “They can be as casual as you want. We don’t have to deep dive on a first meeting. We are happy to listen to your ideas and offer suggestions of home plans for you to look at during your downtime,” she says.
