This Annapolis Family plan was designed and customized for wine lovers. In addition to a spacious layout and oversize island, this family designed a wine bar complete with built-in wine rack, chilled wine storage, sink, and hanging wine glass rack. Impromptu celebrations are within quick reach. Cheers!

If it’s true that food brings families together, then this Winchester Tradition is custom designed for a lifetime of rich family memories. There’s no such thing as too many cooks in this kitchen with its expansive countertops, oversized island with sink, and plenty of lighted workspaces. Each rooms flows effortlessly into the next for easy entertaining.
A Whole New Design Angle
Need to accommodate more people for casual meals on the go? This inventive family created a customized island in the kitchen of their Saratoga Family plan. The diagonal shape creates twice as much room for bar stools. Customized lighting over the bar makes it a perfect homework station, too.
