But even with all of the success of our Open House events so far this year, this weekend may be our most exciting one yet. This weekend you can view four different homes that are currently being built with our extremely popular custom Craftsman elevation.

Chelsea Craftsman Floor Plan
Always a favorite, our Chelsea custom Craftsman includes a front porch with Craftsman detailing that will have you envisioning summer evenings on a porch swing. The interior has been expanded with a rec room replacing the open space above the family room and the custom kitchen has been redesigned with a 5’ peninsula that replaces the island. Montgomery Floor Plan
Our Montgomery Open House proves that you really can have just about anything you want when you build your Wayne Home. We added just a few custom Craftsman touches to turn this sprawling ranch home into something really special. We’ve also incorporated our popular Alexandria kitchen and created an extra large garage, with lots more changes to see.

Saratoga Craftsman Floor Plan
It’s finally here! This weekend’s Saratoga Open House event is your chance to see this spacious home with a custom Craftsman elevation including a 6’ deep front porch and Arts and Crafts architectural detailing. The interior has been customized with an additional 8’ added to the master suite to create a 14’ x 23’ retreat. Much more to see!
