Visit any of our open houses this weekend to spark your own imagination about what’s possible. We can customize any of our floor plans, and with more than 40 to choose from that’s a lot of possibility! In fact, there is almost nothing we won’t build.

For example, our redesigned Saratoga open house features more than 25 custom changes. Stop by this weekend and here’s a list of just some of the customizations you’ll see, each designed to enhance every aspect of everyday living:

Exterior Customizations

An 8 foot deep porch has been added to the front and side of the home, perfect for summer evenings.

The garage has been redesigned to be flush with the front of the home to allow space for the new Master Suite.

A 13 x 16 foot covered deck has been added outside the upstairs loft area, perfect for an indoor/outdoor play room or hobby area.

Main Living Area

Kitchen area was redesigned and features Seneca Ridge Oak cabinetry and high definition counters for a designer look and feel.

Additional space was added to the breakfast area, perfect for hosting casual gatherings.

Additional windows were added to the breakfast area, creating a bright morning space for morning coffee.

A fireplace with raised hearth and stone face was added to the great room, creating an ideal place to curl up with a good book on a stormy night.

Windows were added to both sides of the fireplace to create more natural light in the main living area.

Columns were added between the living room and great room to give the entire open living area to add dramatic architectural appeal.

Master Bedroom

The first floor master suite has been moved to the back of the home behind the garage for more privacy.

Additional windows have been added to the master for more natural light.

A Cathedral ceiling has been added to give the master bedroom a dramatic sense of space.

Upstairs

The 4th bedroom has been replaced with an open loft, ideal for playroom, hobby room, or second family room.

A dual vanity has been added to the upstairs main bath to save time during family morning rush.

Oak spindles have been added on the staircase for a richer look that complements the planned decor.

Garage

A separate entrance to the basement from the garage has been created for easy dual access.

9 foot high ceilings in the basement create a more useable living space.

Steel beams added to remove as many posts as possible, creating a more open and flexible basement area.

The basement stairs have been widened to 4 feet for easier access for large items such as freezers, furniture, and big screen televisions.

Tuff N Dri with R-10 insulation and R-5 insulation board with Horizon has been added for added protection of the future finished space.

Basement floors have been insulated to keep toes warm in winter.

A finished half bath has been added for family convenience.
