1. Interactive Floor Plans
Move over static floor plans! Many of our floor plans are interactive. Have you ever wanted to conceptualize how your furniture would fit into your floor plan? Our floor plans give you that option. Add furniture, move it around, take it away, all without pulling a muscle! In addition to furniture, you can also add components like fan prewires, sub woofers, and floor outlets wherever you may need them a side-entry garage, fireplace, kitchen island or French doors for your home office. Our interactive floor plans can be saved or printed.
2. Virtual Tours
Sometimes, you just have to see it to believe it. With Wayne Homes’ Virtual Tours, you can take a peek inside our current models. It’s the next best thing to being there. You’ll start the tour at the front door and virtually walk through the home chronologically. Our tours are designed to show you all the features you care about, from flooring to tray ceilings.
3. Kitchen Designer
Use the Kitchen Designer tool to create your dream kitchen. This tool allows you to visualize five different features, including:
- Paint colors
- Cabinet choices
- Countertop selections
- Flooring
- Appliances
