Two New Craftsman-Style Model Homes to Open in 2014
You asked, and we answered! Craftsman-style homes are one of the most popular designs among Wayne Homes customers, and you told us you wanted to see more of them. That’s why we’re excited to announce that we will be opening two Craftsman-style model homes in 2014!
First, we’re finishing construction on the brand new Winchester Craftsman in Portage that’s scheduled to open in early 2014. The 4-bedroom Winchester is a customer favorite with more than 3,100 square feet of living space, a downstairs master suite with his and her walk-in closets, a Jack and Jill bath upstairs, and an optional bonus room. Next, our brand new Covington Craftsman will open later in the first quarter in our newest location in Belmont. The Covington is our newest custom home floor plan and we can’t wait to show it off. This 3-bedroom, two-story home also includes a main level master suite with his and her walk-in closets. However, we’ve added lots of additional space for the kids too with an extra-large upstairs loft area (or optional fourth bedroom). The Covington also features a gourmet kitchen that will make you the envy of the neighborhood with an island, huge walk-in pantry, and lots of cabinets and counter space.
Of course, you don’t have to wait until our new model home Grand Openings to envision what’s possible for your own dream home. Simply visit any one of our Model Home Centers.
