We recently held our annual Builder Olympics to discuss best practices and recognize our top teams and individuals.
The home office hosted Field Managers, Construction Managers and Customer Care Technicians for the all-day meeting and awards ceremony. Hot topics included a recap of 2012 successes, perfecting change order execution and effective lot inspections. Gold, silver and bronze awards were given to team members in areas like Customer Satisfaction and Construction Quality Standards.
