Wayne Homes Wins Big in Ohio
Have you noticed that Wayne Home team members are smiling even more than usual this week? It’s not hard to understand why. Earlier this week the Portage and Summit County Home Builder Marketing and Merchandising Excellence Awards honored Wayne Homes with more than a dozen awards!
Award highlights included:
Field Manager Matt Manack was the recipient of the Golden Hammer Award. The Golden Hammer Award recognizes excellence in customer service through effective management of each stage of the building process. (What does a Field Manager do?)
Jenn Kingure from our Akron-Medina Model Home Center and Gloria Williams from our Portage location took home the New Home Sales Platinum Award.
Ginny Allmon-Fussaro and Catherine Pergins from our Portage location each earned the New Home Sales Gold Award.
Beth Brigeman from Akron-Medina was awarded the New Home Sales Bronze Award.
Our popular McAllister floor plan won Best Single Family Model between 1,901 and 2,200 square feet, Best Interior Design and Merchandising, and Best Design Center. This is what the judges had to say about the McAllister: “This is one of my favorite homes. The design has great vision for the use of space.”
