Nothing gives us more satisfaction than providing our customers with exactly what they want. Since we first introduced the Providence floorplan, it’s been love at first sight to those looking for the perfect single story home. Over the years, we’ve been gathering feedback and keeping track of customizations we’ve made for this home design, and now we’re excited to announce the Providence has received a facelift. The Providence II is our newest custom floorplan, and best of all, the information our previous customers provided helped design this spectacular home. If you loved the original Providence, wait until you see the updated features of the Providence II.
An Owner’s Entry for Added Convenience
The new Providence II has a mudroom/laundry room that allows you to stay organized and store items you need the next time you go out. Add hooks to hang your keys, rain jackets, and more, so you’ll never have to hunt for those items ever again. You can even have custom cubbies built for storing personal belongings—like your kids’ book bags or other things you need to grab before leaving the house.
The mudroom, along with the well-designed and functional laundry room conveniently located off the garage entrance, offer a special space designated for your on-the-go lifestyle.
Providence II Feels Even More Spacious
Many of our Providence homeowners requested opening up the common living areas, so we’ve decided to knock down walls and make it happen. Whereas the original floorplan partitioned the kitchen from the dining room and great room, the Providence II features a more open design. Now you can entertain family and friends without missing out on the conversation.

If you love to cook, you’ll agree: you can never have too much counter space in the kitchen. You asked and we listened. The Providence II now has a kitchen island with an eat ledge as an included feature. Whether you need the extra space for mealtime prep or want to feed the kiddos breakfast or an after school snack, the extra space is a welcomed addition.
