The thing about being a builder with 40+ years of experience is, you develop a pretty broad spectrum of available floorplans, elevations, and other layout and style choices as you grow and learn throughout the decades. We have a veritable TON of floorplans to choose from here at Wayne, all of them customizable to your specific needs. And we’ve learned a lot along the way from our customers too, of course!
That said… there is something about sticking with the classics, and what is really popular among the folks we work with. To that end, we’re excited to feature the classic Montgomery as our featured floorplan of the month. It’s an incredibly popular design; so popular, in fact, that it was the single most chosen floorplan in 2017!
This beautiful 2,163 square foot home boasts 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a ranch-style floorplan that’s as functional as it is classic. “Just right” is the perfect phrase to describe this home. It has just the right amount of space and just the right floorplan for convenience, style, comfort, entertaining… you name it, the Montgomery does it well!
The first thing you’ll notice when you walk into this home is the smart use of space right off the entry. On one side you have a flex space perfect for a den or office; on the other, a dedicated dining room perfect for entertaining small groups. Move through the foyer, though, and you’ll get to the heart of the home; a wide open great room that flows perfectly into the kitchen, making it an ideal space for large groups and family gatherings.
