The Concord takes the best parts of our Montgomery ranch floor plan and combines it with the most-requested customizations our homeowners make into the standard layout. You get the best of both worlds!

This ranch home plan takes Wayne Homes’ all-time, best-selling Montgomery floor plan and makes it even better. You get all of the well-loved features of the Montgomery as well as many of the changes we often see made to that floor plan. These include a large kitchen with a corner pantry and an island that is open to the dining and great rooms. The Concord also has a convenient powder room for guests and a larger laundry room to stash unsightly piles of clothes or cleaning supplies.
Customization options in the Concord include an optional secondary owner suite, a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, and a luxury bathroom in the primary owner suite.
The Montgomery has been our top-selling floor plan ever since it was introduced, so we’ve had plenty of homeowners customize this home. Over the years, we’ve collected lots of great design ideas for what you can do to customize the plan. We took some of those most popular ideas and made them part of the new Concord.
