Our Newest Farmhouse Elevations Are Here

New Farmhouse elevations are here! Due to the popularity of our other farmhouse elevations, we have released more farmhouse styles for our Franklin, Gettysburg, McAllister and Somerville floor plans.

All four new elevations come with vertical board-and-batten siding on the front (we have 26 colors to choose from – not just white!) and black Pella windows with farmhouse grids for that modern farmhouse look we all love. Each one also features a concrete porch with woodgrain-wrapped columns and woodgrain brackets, a stone foundation wrap, and our farmhouse-style front door with matching sidelites. These features create a welcoming entrance to these beautiful family homes. Farmhouse exterior lights add a finishing touch to the elevations.

Each of the new farmhouse elevation floor plans has features that are unique to each home. Here are some of the highlights.

Franklin:

• 6’ tall windows at the front elevation
• Garage gable features custom woodgrain gable brackets
• The garage door is a Lexington panel with Stockbridge windows and features decorative hardware

Gettysburg:

• Gable at garage features a custom woodgrain gable bracket
• The garage door is a Somerset panel with Stockbridge windows and features decorative hardware
• A shed roof has been added above the garage door for added farmhouse character

McAllister:

• 6’ tall windows at the front elevation
• The garage door is a Somerset panel with Stockbridge windows and features decorative hardware

Somerville:

• 6’ tall windows at the front elevation
• The porch has 2’ area bumped out area with woodgrain trim bracket in an open gable that adds great architectural interest and curb appeal
• A two-car garage is added with a Somerset panel garage door with Stockbridge windows and features decorative hardware
