New year, new Farmhouse elevations to love! We’ve added even more Farmhouse elevations to our collection. Now, more of our most popular floor plans are available with the Farmhouse elevation.

The new elevations include the Alexandria, Charleston and Jamestown floor plans.

Like our other farmhouse homes, all three new elevations come with vertical board and batten siding on the front of the home, and we have 26 colors to choose from–not just white–so you can personalize your farmhouse the way you like. The Farmhouse elevations feature distinctive black Pella windows with farmhouse grids. Each floor plan also has a large concrete porch with composite woodgrain wrapped columns and composite woodgrain brackets, a stone foundation wrap and our farmhouse style front door with matching sidelites. Farmhouse exterior lights are the icing on the cake, welcoming you home.

• 6’ tall windows on the first floor
• Triple window at the living room and loft
• Garage door is a Springfield panel with Stockbridge windows and features decorative hardware

JAMESTOWN:

• Two gables feature custom composite wood grain gable brackets
• Garage door is a Somerset panel with Stockbridge windows and features decorative hardware
• There is a shed roof added over the Master Bedroom twin window

ALEXANDRIA:

• 6’ tall windows on front elevation
• Gable at garage features a custom composite wood grain gable bracket
• Garage door is a Springfield panel with Stockbridge windows and features decorative hardware
• There is a shed roof over garage door
• A dormer with triple window is added to the main roof above the front door
