2021 Wayne Homes Mud Hens Event for Raving Fans
Every year we look forward to the Wayne Homes family gathering together to enjoy a great American pastime: eating great food and watching some baseball.
This year, we were even more excited to gather together after a year of being isolated from one another due to the pandemic. We invited our Wayne Homes homeowners to join us for our annual Raving Fans event as we cheered on the Mud Hens at Fifth Third Field in Downtown Toledo and met with our Bowling Green office teammates to connect, have a good time, and give out some prizes!
Raving Fans are homeowners who are so overwhelmed and floored by the customer service they’ve received during their homebuilding process with Wayne Homes that they can’t stop telling everyone about it. We love to stay connected to our Raving Fans to keep up with them and their families. We also like to show our appreciation for them, and our Mud Hens event is just one of the ways we do that.
Seven families were able to attend this year’s Mud Hens event, and members of our Bowling Green team attended as well, and most brought their families. We also welcomed folks from our sales and construction teams, who loved getting to know everyone throughout the evening together.
Everyone dined on delicious food from the Ball Park buffet, which included burgers, hot dogs, potatoes, cookies, and lots more. It’s safe to say no one left hungry!
Each family that attended was entered into a drawing and every single family won a gift card to a local restaurant or store, including Lowes, Home Depot, Wayfair, Outback, and Bed Bath & Beyond!
Kameryn Cline left with her fill of sweets after she won our sucker guessing contest. She guessed 137 lollipops, which was just 2 away from the 139 lollipops that were in the jar. Kameryn got to take home the jar, as well as a gift card to Target. That’s a pretty sweet deal!
The Cline family has lived in their beautiful Wilmington Legacy for several years and were also the winners of an Amazon gift card for their Wayne Homes customer referral. Every family that attended was entered into a drawing and every single family won a gift card to a local restaurant or store. It’s a great way to reward our Raving Fans, while also supporting local businesses.
