The Wayne Homes Lynden is an open floor plan that invites sunshine and entertaining, especially in the two-story great room.
The central kitchen island is a touchpoint for sharing a bite and memories made. The loft, boasting some of the best views, is perfect for extra bunk beds or maybe a game room. And since all the action is lakeside, privacy is found in the spacious front-side owner suite with a walk-in closet and secondary bedrooms upstairs.

The Lynden is designed to fit on more narrow lots which are common in lake-front communities. This smart design offers all the features you want while making the most of a view. The open flow between the kitchen, dining room, and great room is the perfect easygoing flow for lake living. The kitchen includes an approximately 7-1/2′ island with a flush eat ledge as well as a 4’x4′ corner walk-in pantry for lots of storage. The great room leads to the rear of the home and provides stunning views, making this a great place to begin or end your day enjoying the beauty of Mother Nature.
A first-floor owner suite and secondary bedrooms on the second floor creates a perfectly private setup for hosting guests at the lake. The layout of the main bathroom has a wall and door separating the tub/shower and toilet area from the vanity and linen closet space for even more privacy for multiple guests.

These homeowners selected the Waterfront exterior. The exterior elevation changes the roof pitch of the front-facing gables to 10:12 and adds custom 5-1/2″ PVC arched gable brackets to the front-facing gables. A nod to coastal cottages, the Waterfront exterior adds shake siding in the gables on the front of the home. Woodgrain-wrapped front porch posts, a stone foundation wrap, casement-style windows, and a woodgrain fiberglass door are the finishing touches on the Waterfront exterior.
Like any other Wayne home, you have the flexibility to customize your Lynden exactly how you want.
This Lynden floor plan was reversed, so the front door is now on the left when facing the front of the home. T-single cross windows grids were added to windows on the sides and rear of the home to turn up the charm. A cathedral ceiling was added to the two-story great room, which makes it even more expansive and provides space for the additional arched window. The arched window in the center above the rear great room windows makes the most of the beautiful view. The great room flooring was changed to luxury vinyl instead of the Included Feature carpet, which makes it easy to wipe up wet footprints.
